As many of my fellow knitters know it’s the summer of socks! Mason-Dixon Knitting has been hosting a sock KAL all summer long. I’ve at least gotten one pair done and I’m just starting a second pair. If you’re thinking about starting a pair of socks checkout the new MDK Field Guide No. 11: Wanderlust. It has all the information you need to make a new pair of socks or 2,3, maybe 4 new pairs of socks. There is still time to start your pair of socks now! There’s even prizes along the way! Checkout the link to the MDK KAL for all the information. https://www.masondixonknitting.com/the-wandering-socks-knitalong-is-coming-2/ I used Neighborhood Fiber Co. yarn in colorway: Stephen Towns. This is a 100% Superwash Merino. Checkout Mason-Dixon Knitting or their website directly. https://neighborhoodfiberco.com/collections I started with the picot cuff for this sock. It’s just so pretty. Plus with the lace panel it’s so cute. These are so pretty. This double eyelet rib panel is so pretty. I had thought about making a back panel on the leg too, but decided to just do the front. Maybe on the next pair. Here is the finished pair! I just love how they came out. Now I’m looking forward to the fall weather to start wearing this beautiful pair of socks.
